BiAxTech was established in 2016, specializing in fatigue simulation of chassis rotating components and wheel fatigue testing. We closely cooperate with the world-leading structural stability research institution, Fraunhofer LBF, and are the general agent in China for its developed wheel fatigue simulation software and the domestic contact structure for its wheel testing department.

We assist domestic enterprises in conducting scientific research cooperation with LBF in multiple fields, such as biaxial testing submission, load file customization and development, comprehensive user training, as well as complete biaxial technology integration projects including biaxial testing machine customization and technology transfer. Our clients include vehicle manufacturers, wheel, hub, and chassis component manufacturers.

At the same time, through deep cultivation in research, development, and sales, BiAxTech has established partnerships with numerous experts, institutions, and companies at home and abroad, providing us with a wide range of professional knowledge and practical technical resources. Based on this, we collaborate with well-known technical experts, scholars, and senior host business managers from both China and abroad to offer training courses related to practice for product designers and test engineers in the wheel industry, helping customers understand and master internationally recognized guidelines and standards, thereby achieving economical, efficient, and safe product design, verification, and production.

 

LBF Wheel Fatigue Simulation Software | LBF.WheelStrength
This software is dedicated to the structural durability numerical analysis of rotating chassis components for passenger and commercial vehicles. In addition to traditional bending and radial fatigue test simulation modules, the software also includes a specialized biaxial (zwarp) simulation module.

Development of Biaxial Test Load Spectrum
We assist domestic wheel manufacturers and OEMs in deep collaboration with Fraunhofer LBF, custom-developing proprietary biaxial load files based on real road data or test track data and training enterprises to master the complete set of development technologies.

Wheel Biaxial Fatigue Testing and Technology Transfer
We help domestic wheel manufacturers/OEMs to collaborate closely with LBF to conduct testing services and produce test reports recognized by Daimler, MAN, Volvo, etc. Other services include complete biaxial technology integration projects, material S-N curve determination, and residual stress testing, among others.

Deyi Academy
Together with renowned technical experts and scholars from both China and abroad, we provide practice-related training courses for product designers and test engineers in the wheel industry, helping clients understand and master internationally recognized guidelines and standards, thereby achieving economical, efficient, and safe product design, verification, and production.
